Before you start
An eligible Instagram professional account, selected post IDs, the INFO keyword, approved public and private messages, and permission to edit flows. Follow-status checks depend on the provider’s available data.
Sign in to continue to the selected starter in Automations → New. Choose Use starter there to create an editable draft. Signing in alone does not create a flow, publish it or send messages. Editing and publication need the relevant workspace permissions and plan allowances.
Read-only step outline
- 1
Match an INFO comment on a selected eligible post.
- 2
Send the reviewed public acknowledgement and private reply.
- 3
Check follow status on the button response; offer one recheck, then stop if follow status remains unresolved.
- 4
Show the approved details, ask for an email with an explained purpose, and tag the contact.
Safe test example
Use the no-send simulation with an INFO comment and reader@example.com. Inspect both follow-status branches and missing or invalid answers. Do not use a real customer’s details.
Expected result and safe stopping point
The reviewed path reaches the requested details and captured field, or stops when follow status is unresolved. Add a separate human handoff if your workflow needs it. Replace placeholder messages and choose posts before publishing.
Save the draft and stop before publishing if connection checks, consent, assignment or simulation results are unresolved. Ask your workspace administrator to review the failed step.
